Tai Chi is the most popular form of exercise currently. Its popularity stems from the fact that everyone can do it. There are no age boundaries. While some exercise programs are strenuous and tiring, Tai Chi allows you to accumulate energy, leaving you refreshed and relaxed. Graceful, slow speed, emphasis on deep breathing, and meditation create balance, greater range of motion, and stress-relieving calmness. Mike is a great instructor so come in and experience the benefits of this program. Classes are every Wednesday from 11AM – 12.

The cost is $25 for 6 weeks. And for those 60 years of age plus, join us for lunch in the center at 12 PM or grab something at our A La Carte (no age restriction) from 11AM-12:45 PM.
